DELIVERY AND TRACKING

How long does delivery take?

Shipping times for products vary. The estimated shipping time is mentioned on each product's individual page. You can find more information about shipping times in our shipping policy.

How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. You can follow your orders here. If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please reply to the email and someone will assist you.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

We will happily replace or refund lost or damaged orders free of charge. In order to qualify for a complete refund, kindly forward a photo of the item to care@esashopia.com.

Do you deliver orders to my country?

We currently deliver to United States of America only.

Are all of the products in my order sent together?

Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible, to avoid additional charges or because they are being sent from separate distribution centers.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $50. If your order is of smaller value, the shipping cost will be $4.99.

 

GIFT CARDS

How long are gift cards valid for?

Gift cards expire after 5 years from the date of purchase.

How can I check my gift card balance?

To check your gift card balance, simply contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Can I change my order?

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed.
